Somewhat depressed today. I don't know why... I guess it's just one of those days... *sighs*

Well, Bush won. I can say that I'm happier that Bush won, more than Kerry, but I wonder how much good Bush is really going to do us. He's pushed through medicare bills, which...right now...just keep piling up in costs. I'm not against the war, but I think it could be handled much better. I do appreciate his tax cuts, but other than that...what has he actually done to help out our country? He's gotten rid of 70% of Al-Qaeda. But what's next? I guess it'll be an interesting four years. Instead of having a complete and total socialist, we have a moderate socialist. I suppose it will help drag the complete fall into socialism out.

If Hillary runs in '08, it's going to be a scary race...and a scary first presidential election for me. Heh.

Sahara, anyone?

I've started packing. I'll just come out and say it. I do NOT want to go. Why I ever said yes to this, I have no idea. Two weeks out...in...heck knows where on the other side of the world? *sigh*

I found out today, also, that the team members have to give devotions while we're there. Which means that I'll end up giving four devotions. Gah. I'm horrible at that kind of thing... Anyone have any suggestions?

I think what I'm going to do is print off "Reflections" from HT and just read them. Lazy, but it works.

I walk a lonely road
The only one that I have ever known
Don't know where it goes
But it's home to me and I walk alone
